1/4cupraw cashewssoaked at least 30 mins in hot water
1tablespoonnutritional yeast
1teaspooncapers
3/4teaspooncaper juice
1/2teaspoondijon mustard
1tablespoonlemon juice
1garlic clove
1/3cup– 1/2water
Salt + pepper to taste
Vegan Green Goddess
1/2cupplain non-dairy yogurtI like coconut
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonmaple syrup*
1/4cupfresh parsley
1/4cupfresh tarragon
1garlic clove
1/2teaspoononion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
2tablespoons– 3water
Spicy Thai Almond Butter
1/4cupcreamy almond butter
Juice of 1 whole lime
1tablespoonrice vinegar
1tablespoontamarior soy sauce
1teaspoonsriracha sauceor more
1/2teaspoonground ginger
Water as needed
Method
Whisk together or blend all the ingredients until smooth. Stir in water as necessary, 1 tablespoon at a time until you've reached your desired consistency.
