Simple Kale Salad

A quick go to salad when you need a green fix...

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches kale medium
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 avocado smashed
  • 1 onion diced fine
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup craisins

Method
 

  1. Combine in a bowl the kale, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Massage the kale until it breaks down and is soft.
  3. Massage in the smashed avocado.
  4. Mix in the remaining ingredients and serve.
